We’re excited to share an inside look at one of our ongoing renovation projects – Casa Montaña, a stunning 4-bedroom villa located in the prestigious neighbourhood of Nagüeles, Marbella. Set against the backdrop of the Sierra Blanca mountains, this property is currently being transformed into a modern luxury home.

Working in collaboration with Wide Projects – one of Marbella’s leading design and project firms – this marks our fifth joint project. Our team has been brought in to assist with full plumbing, electrical, and construction works, helping to bring this ambitious vision to life.

Modernising a Classic Marbella Villa

Located in the exclusive residential area of Nagüeles, Casa Montaña is undergoing a full renovation to bring it up to modern luxury standards. Our team has been brought on board to assist with all plumbing, electrical, and structural construction works. With a strong reputation for high-end building in the Marbella area, we’re committed to delivering both quality and efficiency on every aspect of this build.

From rewiring and smart lighting installations to advanced plumbing systems and full bathroom refits, our work at Casa Montaña reflects the high standards that both Wide Projects and our own team are known for.

Our Role in the Renovation

Working under Wide Projects as subcontractors, our dedicated tradespeople are responsible for:

• Full electrical rewiring, smart systems, and lighting control
• Plumbing installations including modern bathrooms and kitchen systems
• General construction, structural upgrades, and preparation for finishes
• Coordination with interior design and architectural teams to ensure seamless execution

This is our fifth project together with Wide Projects, and each collaboration continues to raise the bar in luxury property renovation across Marbella.
